  1. Kia Ora Sophie!

Welcome to the summer learning journey for 2017. It’s great to have you join us. My name is Cadence and I will be working with your cluster this summer.

Great to see such a wide variety of work on your blog. I’m curious, what is your problem-solving post about? Maybe you could add something you learnt in this activity.

Here is a quick reminder of how to access the Summer Learning Journey site. Copy and paste the link below into your URL.

Read the activity then head on over to your own personal blog. Don’t forget the bonus tasks to earn extra points. There are fantastic prizes are up for grabs! Remember, you don’t have to post in any particular order.

To check out your classmate’s blogs copy this link for the live feeds. Happy blogging!

    1. Hey Sophie! I see you've re-registered, I can tell you're super keen to start your Summer Learning Journey blog posts! That’s fantastic!

Just in case you need some help getting starting, here is what to do:

First, head over to the Summer Learning Journey website which contains all the activities and any other information you need. To get there, copy and paste this link into your search bar.
      https://sites.google.com/site/summerlearningjourney/weekly-activities

You will see four weeks available. Start by clicking on Week One: In the beginning. Have a read through the first activity. Have your blog open and waiting for you, so you can type your answers.
I find it super handy keeping the SLJ sites open in one tab and my blog open on another. Once you have finished typing up your amazing answer, click publish and then one of our awesome team members from the SLJ site will comment and award you the points for completing that particular activity.

There are two activities for you to complete each day, plus a bonus task OR you can be a star and complete as many as you like in one go!

If you have any questions Sophie, feel free to send them through by replying to this comment.
I’ll be sure to keep an eye out for your reply. :)

      Happy blogging!

      Cadence :)
